50C05 Fluorine Lining Regulating Valve

Our 850C lined PTFE corrosion resistant control valve in contact with the medium part of the high pressure injection molding process, lined with PTFE corrosion resistant materials, corrosion resistance, anti-aging function. Such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid and other, but also the use of PTFE bellows seal, widely used in all process of acid, alkali and other strong corrosive medium and toxic Yi volatile gas and liquid process control.

    850C lined PTFE corrosion resistant control valve, the valve body and the inner part of the whole lining of fluorine structure,  effectively blocking the corrosion of the valve in the medium of corrosion of metal materials.  The inner cavity of the metal valve body is processed by the tooth type processing. The lining material is fully engaged with the metal,  and the service life and performance of the lining material are  prolonged.  Stem seal can be used F46 bellows seal and PTFE packing two combination seal,  completely eliminate the possibility of leakage of the medium from the valve stem. The unbalanced type lining  structure is especially used for the corrosive medium under the  condition of low pressure and normal temperature.
